She is survived by: her husband William Steve Boman; her children, Cheryl Eaton (Joe), Steven Lively (Jeni Watson), Michael Lively (Dawn), Jana Klamm (Wes) and Ryan Boman (Mickey); her grandchildren, Matt Eaton, Holly Velazco (Derek), Mike Lively (Emily Snider), Natasha Haltenhoff (Levi Keyser), Travis Lively (Sarah), Brittany Heisner (Kyle), Brandon Lee Spain (Logan Lynn), Logan Spain (Madison Dennis), Tori Mayes (Brandon), Allissa Klamm, Joseph Klamm, Hailey Boman, Regan Boman, Jon Maurer, Bailey Watson, Wyatt Lively and Abel Lively; her siblings, Judy Tolliver (Joel), Erjuana Hartmann (Robert) and Chip Wasson (Christy); and her brother-in-law Randy Hillyard.
Memorials can be made to the Alzheimer's Association and will be accepted at the funeral home.
