She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob G. Seibert and Elizabeth Seibert (Arnedell); her spouse Dale Coffel; her children, Galen G. Coffel and Sandy K. Miller; her grandson Darren Coffel; and her granddaughter-in-law Amanda Queen.
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Carol Coffel of Du Quoin; her grandsons, Scott Queen, Eric Queen (Christina), Aaron Coffel (Eri) and Matthew Coffel; and her great grandchildren, Chase, Casey, Maddie and Madison. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
