Linda L. Meyer Obituary

We are sad to announce that on December 1, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Linda L. Meyer of Du Quoin, Illinois, born in Owensboro, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Black and Bonnie Black (Hopkins); and her brother Thomas Black. She is survived by: her children, Angie Scarber (Jim) of Du Quoin, Ryan Meyer (Barbara) of North Kingstown, RI and Matthew Meyer (Jennifer) of Eagan, MN.; her grandchildren, Kirtley Scarber, Caden Scarber, Lillian Meyer, Joshua Meyer, Aiyana Meyer, William Meyer and Elliot Meyer; her siblings, John Black (Becky) of Adena, OH, James Black (Ronda) of Murray, KY and Jenny Martin (David) of Du Quoin; and her close friend Ken Johnson of Du Quoin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to Covid, there will be a memorial service planned in the spring.

Friends may make memorials to Bright Focus Foundation and will be accepted at the funeral home.
