He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles William and Pauline V. Anheuser (Hill); and his brother Charles J. Anheuser. He is survived by: his children, Kristina Jo Anheuser (Joe Baker), Jeanne Marie Ruby (Donald) of Atlanta, GA, Angela K. McKinnies (David) of Du Quoin and Kenneth G. Anheuser of Du Quoin; and his grandchildren, Brian Cook (Stephanie), Scott Cook, Lacey Haggard (Aaron), Catrina Prather, Andrea Reed (Jumor), Nathan Anheuser (Kallie), Jordan Anheuser and Zoey Anheuser. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
