She was predeceased by: her parents, Max McCollum and Margaret McCollum (Owens); her husband Roger Rice; her daughter Kathi Rice; and her brother Charles McCollum.
She is survived by: her daughters, Christine Tanner of Willisville, IL and Karen Rains (Jim) of Rockwood, IL; her brothers, Max "Mack" McCollum (Barbara) of DuQuoin, IL and Bill McCollum (Kim) of Zeigler, IL; her grandchildren, Nate Rains, Austin Carter (Olivia), Anthony Carter, Dominic Tanner and Sadie Tanner; and her great grandchildren, Violet and Greyson Carter.
Due to Covid-19 restrictions and mandates, all attendees are required to wear a mask.
