It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Elaine Haggard (Du Quoin, Illinois), who passed away on September 15, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Morris and Reathel Tilley (Morrisey); her husband Robert Haggard, Sr.; her siblings, James Tilley, Norman Tilley, Ilene Dunmeyer, Louise Dunmeyer, Clare Nell Worthington and Bertha Carter; and her grandsons, Michael Gene Wallace and Joey Haggard.
She is survived by: her children, Raymond Wallace (Joyce) of St. Petersburg, FL, Michael Wallace (Rachelle) of DuQuoin, IL, Martha Neal (Rick) of DuQuoin, IL, Mary Williams of DuQuoin, IL, Melinda Russell of DuQuoin, IL, John Wallace (Leslie) of St. Louis, MO, Pamela Zimmerman (Brad) of Bradley, IL and Katheleen Roberson of DuQuoin, IL; her stepchildren, Sheryl Barbosa (Miguel) of Bradley, IL, Janice Haggard of Bourbonnais, IL and Robert Haggard, Jr. (Bobbie) of Bradley, IL; and her siblings, Clyde Tilley, Sr. of Bradley, IL, George Tilley (Lori) of DuQuoin, IL and Jackie Carter of Mulkeytown, IL. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
