He is survived by: his half-brothers, Jim Hampsey of Alton, IL and Carroll Kunze of Twentynine Palms, CA; and his nieces, Cheryl Hutchings of Fairview Heights, IL and Tina McKee.

Friends may make memorials to the Shriners Crippled Children's Hospital and will be accepted at the funeral home.
