He is survived by: his wife Dana Pierce; his children, Kerstie Phillips (Douglas Ferguson), Michael Phillips (Tiffany Duck) and Tyler Phillips; his grandchildren, Becca, Eli, Xane, Zoe, Luna, Jake and Josh; his mother-in-law Betty Owen; and his siblings, Vernon D. Carter (Ellen) of Marana, AZ, Patricia Loucks of Hutchinson, KS, Kacey Carter of Du Quoin and Terri Andrade (Kevin Millikan) of Du Quoin. He is also survived by Many brothers- and sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
