She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Smith of Pinckneyville, IL. and Opal Jung (Williams) of Pinckneyville, IL.; her brother Chris Smith; and her grandson Jeffrey Lively. She is survived by: her husband Gable Lively, Sr. of Du Quoin; her children, Tabetha Oetting of Du Quoin, Gable Lively, Jr. (Barb) of Du Quoin, Samantha Lively of Mt. Vernon, Rod Lively (Carmen) of Royalton, Tammy Norman (Brian) of Herrin and Tena Smith (Mark) of Centralia; her grandchildren, Rodney, Nicole, Hailey Lively, Dusty, Ezra Oetting, Zack, Blake Sellers, Kipp Kuberski, Tyler McRoy, Casey Mandrell and Chris Smith; her great grandchildren, Violet, Quinn, Natalie, Callie and Alexus; and her siblings, Sally Sedlacek of Du Quoin and Billy Stolte of Tilden.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Searby Funeral Homes (130 S Washington St, Du Quoin, IL 62832). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 26th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Friends may make memorials to Perry County Humane Society and will be accepted at the funeral home.
