Ernest L. Clifford Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ernest L. Clifford of Du Quoin, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 14, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Clifford and Dorothy Marie Clifford (Melton); and his children, Elizabeth Ann Clark and Tyrone W. Clifford. He is survived by: his wife W. Faye Martin; his daughters, Ann Marie Huffman of Du Quoin and Christina Marie Mocaby of Du Quoin; his sister Faye Bass of Tallahassee, FL; and his grandchildren, Stephen Hagan, Jennifer Kaiser, Nathan Hagan and Jacob Huffman. He is also survived by six great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.

Friends may make memorials to Liberty Church or Perry County Humane Society and will be accepted at the funeral home.
