She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Liszewski and Amanda Liszewski (Barczewski); her husband Ralph Prusacki; her children, Randall Prusacki and Mary Lynn Szperra; her son-in-law John Guciardo; and her siblings, Pauline Liszewski, Elizabeth Liszewski, Gertrude Meehan, Marion Liszewski, Pete Liszewski and Marie Wilga.

She is survived by: her children, Joan Guciardo of Belleville, IL, Joseph Prusacki (Carla) of Millstadt, IL and Karl Prusacki (Penny Smith) of Du Quoin; her children-in-law, Cyrilla Prusacki of Du Quoin and James Szperra of Du Bois; her brother John Liszewski (Geraldine) of Du Bois; her sisters-in-law, Rosalea Prusacki of Du Quoin and Connie Prusacki of Tamaroa; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Szperra, Renee Mercer (Derek), Dana Newton (Nick) and Marc Prusacki; and her great grandchildren, John Newton and Nora Newton.

Friends may make memorials to the Sacred Heart Cemetery or Masses and will be accepted at the funeral home.
