He is survived by: his wife Donna J. Blust; his children, Kim Mathis (Mark) of Du Quoin and Chad Secrist (Francine) of Wilmington, NC; his grandchildren, Austin Mathis (Holly) and Abbey Parnell (Jake); his great grandchildren, Margot, Ramona Mathis, Leah and Kohen Parnell; his sisters, Sharon Miles (Duane) and Debbie Powers (Steve); and his siblings-in-law, Teresa Burns (Pat) and Stephen Blust (Debbie). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
