He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Shockley and Lois Shockley (Sronce); and his spouse Terry Ann Newton. He is survived by: his children, Donna Lively of Du Quoin, Donnie Shockley, Jr. (Alisha) of Pinckneyville and Jason Shockley of Christopher; his grandchildren, Meagan Lively, Karli Shockley, Ian Shockley and Syaria Harmon; and his brothers, David Shockley (Ann) of Cordova, TN and Ralph Shockley (Tannya) of Du Quoin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
