She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl E. Lashbrook and Ethel Lashbrook (Coffel); and her siblings, Wilma Woodsides, Paul Lashbrook, Jack Lashbrook, Janet Jump, Ima Jean Stowers, Sharon Ping and George Lashbrook.
She is survived by: her husband Bruce D. Cavins; her children, Jack Cavins (Terri) of Du Quoin, Bruce D. Cavins, Jr. (Cassie) of Carterville, IL and Patricia Cavins-Pena (Pete) of Johnston City, IL; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Scholebo, Hunter Jones and Drake Jones. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
