We are sad to announce that on December 16, 2021, at the age of 93, Della L. Horton of Du Quoin, Illinois, born in Dix, Illinois passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Breeze and Jenny Breeze (Nesbit); her sons, Danny Horton, Ricky Horton and Walter Horton; her siblings, Jim Breeze, Jerry Breeze, Vernon Breeze, Hazel Cosentino, Cassie Griffin, Mae McClanahan and Glenna Rea; her grandchildren, Robbie Horton and Candace Walker; her son John A. Hilt; and her daughter-in-law Sue Howard.

She is survived by: her children, Donna Franklin of Du Quoin, Shelley Hilt of Du Quoin, Bill Horton (Mary Lou) of Saunemin, IL and Gail Horton of Joliet, IL; and her grandchildren, Wendy Swalls, Walter Franklin (Trish), Sean Franklin (Melissa), Julie Franklin, Travis Griffith, Jaime Nehring (Brandon), Carrie Hilt, John Hilt, Julie Stowers, Billy Jack Horton, Jayme Johnson, Carly Horton, Jody Horton, Lori Horton and Vickie Barham (Danny). She is also survived by twenty-nine great grandchildren, twenty-three great great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
