He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Sizemore and Ruth Sizemore (Stroud); his wife Donna Kay Haynes; and his nephews, Jarrod Sizemore and Jeremy Sizemore.
He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Sizemore (Kimberly) of Du Quoin, Brant Sizemore (Stephanie) of Du Quoin, Lyli Witcher (Bryan) of Du Quoin and Dru Sizemore of Du Quoin; and his siblings, Patricia Cook of Du Quoin, Lyle Sizemore (Shelby) of Du Quoin and Marvin Sizemore (Cindy) of Du Quoin. He is also survived by ten grandchildren, one great grandchild.
