He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Dale and Fayetta Fern Queen (Wrolen); and his daughter Amy Queen. He is survived by: his fiancé Kelly Phillips of Du Quoin; his grandchildren, Aleesha Twitty (Todd) of Mulkeytown, Jena Holden of Christopher and Dylan Holden of Mulkeytown; his great grandchild Tage Twitty; and his close friend Koby. He is also survived by nieces, extended family.

Friends may make memorials to the Amy Queen Memorial Scholarship and will be accepted at the funeral home.
