It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Chloe Cook of Du Quoin, Illinois, born in Mulkeytown, Illinois, who passed away on August 5, 2022, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Price and Wavia Price (Culley); and her siblings, Leon Price, Neal Price, Carl Price, Irene Price and Fay King.

She is survived by: her children, Robert L. Cook (Janie) of Du Quoin and Carol Ann Tennison of Conroe, TX; and her grandchildren, Rob Cook (Ashley) of Du Quoin, Kenneth Cook (Jenny) of Paducah, KY, Kristen Tennison (Shawn Vogler) of Conroe, TX and Austin Tennison of Conroe, TX. She is also survived by five great grandchildren.

Friends may make memorials to the First United Pentecostal Church or Hospice of Southern Illinois and will be accepted at the funeral home.
