She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Eyre and Juanita Eyre (Cook); her former spouse Jerry N. Barber; her husband Frank L. Mangin; her siblings, Nancy Profitt and Richard Eugene Eyre; and her grandson Trenton Wayne Bell.

She is survived by: her children, Kelly L. Burch of Du Quoin, Robin L. Edwards (Randy) of Pinckneyville, Kathy J. Bell (Greg Henseler) of Du Quoin and Nikki Saunders (S. Frank) of Du Quoin; her grandchildren, Brittany Weston (James) of Du Quoin, Ashley Mitchell (Alan) of Du Quoin, Shane Bell (Arielle) of Freeburg, Brooke Edwards (Nathan Beasley) of Pinckneyville, Brandon Edwards of Pinckneyville, Ryan Bell (Alahna Sinnard) of Carbondale, Noah Saunders of Du Quoin and Nickolas Saunders (Alyiah Waters) of Du Quoin; her great grandchildren, Emma Nichols, Ashton Nichols, Kash Mitchell and Camden Bell; and her sister-in-law Joann Porter (Barber) of Rockford, Michigan.. She is also survived by her children and grandchildren and later great-grandchildren.
