It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlie Mae McGuire (Du Quoin, Illinois), who passed away on April 13, 2018, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. and Mabel Clark (Flauss); her daughter Carolyn Burks; her son-in-law Joe Miller; and her siblings, Ruth Porter, Margaret Clark and Robert Clark.

She is survived by: her spouse Louis Ellsworth McGuire; her daughter Janet Miller of Du Quoin; her grandsons, Carl Miller of Benton, IL and Bret Burks of Kentucky; and her great grandchildren, Mary, Lorie and Amber. She is also survived by her parents, husband.
