We are sad to announce that on July 13, 2020, at the age of 49, Budgy Miller of Du Quoin, Illinois, born in Cape Girardeau, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his mother Stella M. Goodman (Stowers); and his sister Bambi L. Tomaszewski. He is survived by : his Step-father Robert McKinzie of Du Quoin; and his brothers, Richard V. McKinzie of Owensboro, Ky. and Stephen A. McKinzie of Du Quoin.
