Billie G. Mulkins Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie G. Mulkins of Du Quoin, Illinois, born in Herrin, Illinois, who passed away on June 25, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mulkin and Mae Mulkin (Bradley); his wife Phyllis Louise Rule; his sister Wanda Coffel; and his son-in-law Bob Koerber.
He is survived by: his children, Joyce Koerber of Du Quoin, Brad Mulkins (Debbie) of Du Quoin and Paula Loos (Fred) of Pinckneyville; and his sister Mary Crews of Du Quoin. He is also survived by three grandchildren, two step grandchildren, four great grandchildren, five step great grandchildren and one step great great grandchild.
Friends may make memorials to the Du Quoin Youth Club and will be accepted at the funeral home.
