She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Mayberry and Wilma Mayberry (Feldscher); and her husband Nelson Merseal. She is survived by: her son Steve Merseal (Andrea Cashion) of Du Quoin; her granddaughter Sandra Merseal of Du Quoin; her great grandchildren, Nyx Hill of Du Quoin and Mykale Garza of Du Quoin; her sister Debbie Swiney (Richard) of Du Quoin; her nephew Richard Swiney Jr. (Sarah) of Du Quoin; and her niece Lori Ichou (Mo) of Du Quoin.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Searby Funeral Home (130 S Washington St, Du Quoin, IL 62832). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
