He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore S. and Bertha Kozuszek (Liszewski); and his stepmother Mary Kozuszek. He is survived by: his spouses, Debra McKenney and Du Bois; his daughter Elizabeth Rojek (Gregory) of Du Bois; his grandchildren, Alexis Heape of Du Bois, Angel Rojek of Du Bois, Alexandra Rojek of Percy and Jordan Rojek of Percy; and his siblings, Pat Kurwicki (John Jr) of Ballwin, MO, Nashville DelVecchio of Ballwin, MO, Carol DelVecchio of Ballwin, MO and Ronald Kozuszek of Du Bois. He is also survived by six nieces and nephews and several great nieces and great nephews.
