He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Lamczyk and Sophie Lamczyk (Novak); his siblings, Barney Lamczyk, Sylvester Lamczyk (Deloris), Andrew Lamczyk, Louise Liszewski (Alex) and Bernadine Martin (Bill); and his brothers-in-law, Eddie Liszewski (Cecelia), Sylvester Liszewski (Barbara), Leo Matecki, Alvin Malawy and Dominic Bauza.

He is survived by: his wife Helen T. Liszewski; his children, Lambert Lamczyk of Du Bois and Cynthia Janowski (Randall) of Scheller; his grandchildren, Daniel Janowski (Danielle) of Okawville and Tiffany Lehman (Christopher) of New Baden; his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Lehman, Abigail Lehman, Paul Janowski and Thomas Janowski; his brother Eugene Lamczyk (Dorothy) of Ashley; and his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Lamczyk of Ashley, Regina Matecki of Nashville, Annie Bauza of St. Louis and Dorothy Malawy of Nashville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and friends.

Memorials may be made for masses or Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cemetery and will be accepted at the funeral home.
