We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2023, at the age of 82, James F. Zgonina of Du Bois, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Zgonina and Frances Zgonina (Wojtowicz); his wife Betty L. Janowski; and his brother Daniel Zgonina. He is survived by: his children, Matthew J. Zgonina (Cindy) of Ashley and Angela Zgonina (Artie McDonald); his grandchildren, Molly Zgonina (Chris) of Nashville, IL, Cody Clemens (Christy) and Aaron Dunn (Theressa); his great grandchildren, Merytt Zgonina, Lylah Dunn, Kaleb Dunn and Eliza Dunn; and his brother Tim Zgonina of Effingham.

Friends may make memorials to St. Michael Cemetery or Alzheimer's Association and will be accepted at the funeral home.
