He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil W. Bowman and Dorothy M. Bowman (Stretch); and his son Jeffrey Bowman. He is survived by: his wife Linda Phipps; his daughter Julie Brandt; his sister Ruth Ann Wilson; his grandchildren, Brandi Tuley (Jason), Megan Tokarski (Bryan), Amber Bennett (Bryan), Erin Pinkerton (Jeremy) and Crystal Yacko (Todd); his great grandchildren, William "Billy" Tuley, Dustin Tuley, Samantha Bennett, Jeffrey Tuley, Bryan Bennett, Jaron Pinkerton, Gannon Pinkerton, Kendall Tokarski, Brantley and Braylin Yacko; and his great great grandchild Juliann Tuley.
