He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Oliver Edward and Mary Elizabeth Noe (Lamb); his wife Patricia Ann Benjamin; his children, Andrew Noe (Samantha) of Downs and Megan Hicks (Brad) of Normal, Illinois; his grandsons, Benjamin Joseph Noe (Taylor) and Nathaniel Jacob Noe; and his siblings, Keith Noe of Hay Springs, Nebraska, Doris Robley (Floyd) of Fort Lupton and Darlene Boeshart (Rick) of Holiday Island, Arkansas..
