She was predeceased by: her spouse Michael Ihnchak; and her child Michael Ihnchak (Elayne). She is survived by: her children, Karen Moore (James) and Cynthia Quirk (William); her grandchildren, Elizabeth Goff (Peter), Benjamin Ihnchak (Kristin), Kevin Quirk (Rebecca), Brian Quirk (Stephanie) and Adam Quirk; her great grandchildren, Micah, Eliana, Nathan, Julia, Abigail, Liam, Nolan and Beatrix; and her siblings, Richard (late Juanita) and Peter (Dorothy).

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Heart Assn. appreciated.
