He was predeceased by: his parents, Sotirios and Panagiota; his parents-in-law, Louis and Josephine Barbato; and his sister Evelyn Fuentes (Jim).

He is survived by: his wife Theresa (Barbato); his children, Patricia Brown (Peter) and Sam Vlahos (Justine); his siblings, Peter and Taki Vlahos; and his grandchildren, Jonathan Brown, Future Baby Vlahos and Future Baby Brown.
