He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Robbie Slager; his sons, Michael Slager (Maggie) and Gregory Slager; his stepchildren, Thomas Vaclavek (Shawna) and Jennifer Kesten (Brian); his grandsons, Leo, Jake and Joe Slager; and his stepgrandchildren, Broderick, Colton, Raegen Vaclavek, Ashley and Emily Kesten.
