He was predeceased by: his wife Charlene R. Kaczkowski; his daughter Abigail Kaczkowski; and his grandchild Aria. He is survived by: his children, David Joseph Kaczkowski, II (Sarah), Kaysi Kaczkowski (Thomas Mahoney), Adam Kaczkowski (Monica), Matthew Kaczkowski (Ashley), Holly Marie Kaczkowski and Noah Kaczkowski (Kayla Reed); his grandchildren, Kylie, Keira, Sophia, Brynn, Kazmyra, Nokova, Roland, Ariella, Scarlett, Adaline and Willow; and his brother James Kaczkowski (Alice). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hitzeman Funeral Home, Ltd. (9445 31st St, Brookfield, IL 60513). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary of Gostyn Church (445 Prairie Ave, Downers Grove, IL 60515).
