Matz of Downers Grove, Illinois, born in Blue Island, Illinois, who passed away on January 16, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Matz. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Douglas A. Melton (Gail O'Keefe), Laurie D. (Gary Lester) and Michael A. Melton (Trish); her grandchildren, Adam Lester, Mark Lester, Jeff Lester, Emma Melton, Sam Melton, Matthew Melton, Amy Melton and Jacqueline Melton; and her great grandchildren, Lincoln, Lennon Lester, Wyatt Lester, Forrest Melton and June Melton. She is also survived by family members and life long friends.
