She was predeceased by: her parents, Quinten Luster and Thelma Luster (Dively); her husband Gene F. Randolph; her son Bradley Randolph; and her sister Cheryl Randall.
She is survived by: her children, Heather Bivens of Marysville, WA, Jennifer Maulden (Keith) of O'Fallon, MO, Heidi Plunkett (George) of Fieldon, IL and Daryl Randolph (Leah) of Shipman, IL; her grandchildren, Dylan, MacKenzie (Ben), Paige, Ashton and Noah; her siblings, Evelyn Gonzales (Mike), Dale Luster (Laurie) and Dennis Luster (Lisa); and her brother-in-law Chuck Randall.
In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Dow Baptist Church or to the family.
