He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Moreland and Gertrude Fern Moreland (Lock); and his wife Judy Ann Hurst. He is survived by: his son Joe Moreland (Judy) of Woodriver; his stepsons, Sid Fleury (Debbie) and Bob Fluery (Eva); and his brother Elvis Moreland. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
