He is survived by: his mother Marjorie Jo Tate (Arbogast) of Donnellson; his fiancée Angie Lesiewicz of Donnellson; his daughters, Anna J. Tate and Michaela Lesiewicz; his grandson Max Grer; and his siblings-in-law, Vince and Donna Gibbs.
