He is survived by: his daughter Traci Hetzel of Jerseyville, IL; his granddaughters, Gabriella of Jerseyville, IL and Savannah Hetzel of Jerseyville, IL; and his siblings, Kathy A. Smith, Patsy J. Barackman, Terri G. Stanton, Sara J. Goodin, Rose Bare and Abby Blackburn.
