He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Oliver and Leota Cruse (Smith); and his brother Larry Wayne Cruse. He is survived by: his children, Lane Cruse (Deanna) of Anna and Leslie Treat (Stanley) of Dongola; his grandchildren, Ashton Casey (Jake) of Anna, Raegan Cruse of Anna, Riley Cruse of Anna, Dalen Treat of Dongola and Evan Treat of Dongola; his great grandchildren, Aliyah and Paisley Casey of Anna; his brother Gaylon Cruse (Goldie) of Dongola; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Hill (Marion) of Dongola and Jerry Hase (Sheila) of Anna. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family request with gratitude that memorial contributions may be made to Residential Hospice, and envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
