He is survived by: his children, Barbara Carlson (Richard), Douglas Fike (Nancy) and Paul Fike; his grandsons, Gregory Fike (Lisa) and Steven Fike (Dona); and his great grandchildren, Braden, Rachel, Collin, Dylan and Wrigley.
