She was predeceased by: her parents, Oliver Mumford and Gertrude Mumford (Mossholder); her siblings, Larry and Helen Winters, Sr. (Michael); and her sister-in-law Lenora Mumford.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Arnott of Laguna Woods, CA and Charlotte DeGradi of Rockford; her grandchildren, Brittany Caruana of Murrita, CA and Lauren Caruana of Rockford; her great grandchildren, Anthony Tomassini, Nicholas Ramirez and Aurora Ramirez; and her brothers, John Mumford (Neola) of Dixon and Kenneth Mumford of Dixon. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Memorials may be directed to Alzheimer's Association or St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
