He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Bowser and Ruby Bowser (Sanders); his siblings, Rich Bowser and Judith Bowser; and his brother-in-law Lannie Shock.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Bowser of Dixon; his children, Judy Brantley (Eric) of Dixon, John Bowser (Leslie) of Wyoming, IL, Ben Miller of Franklin Grove, Chris Bowser of Dixon and Tiffany Bowser (Jay) of Dixon; his siblings, Kathy Spotts of Rock Falls, Sandy Shock, Barb Bowser of Rock Falls and Rob Bowser (Mary) of Dixon; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Claire, Trayse, Sam, Brennan and Taylor. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
