She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Lowe and Isozdora Lowe (Wheeler); and her siblings, Racheal Milligan, Meynard Milligan, Charles Milligan, Gertrude Rufus and Bobby Milligan.
She is survived by: her husband Phillip MacRunnels; her children, Rod Drew, Thelma St (David Sr.) and Margaret Simmons (John Tate Jr.); her grandchildren, Rodney, Tasha, David, Jr., Skyler, Abigail, Darius and Elijah; and her siblings, LeRoy Lowe, Margaret Stanley, Betty Holmes and Mary Katherine Richardson. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
