We are sad to announce that on April 10, 2025, at the age of 86, Sylvia Annette Stover of Dixon, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hagemann and Althea Hagemann (Highbarger); her husband Richard Stover Sr.; her son Richard Stover, Jr.; her son-in-law John Nagy; and her siblings, Greg Helfrich and Sandra Hyche.

She is survived by: her children, Doug Hartle (Sherry), Debra Nagy (Glen Hughes), Linda Magnafici and Kelly Eastman (Jim); her siblings, Patricia Carter, Sue Martin (Norman), Rob Helfrich (Irene) and Butch Helfrich; her brother-in-law Larry Hyche; her grandchildren, Jennifer Payne (Evan), Tony Magnafici (Abby), Leigh Delhotal (Mark), Greg Nagy, Staci Turner (Justin), Ian Eastman (Katelyn), Hannah Blackburn (Justin Voelker) and Aaron Eastman; and her great grandchildren, Aiden Payne, Olivia Payne, Jack Delhotal, Nathaniel Payne, Ethan Pearce, Silas Delhotal, Everleigh Magnafici, Lucas Magnafici and Shaylynn Turner.
