She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry U. G. and Florence Smith (Miller); her husband Kenneth E. Grobe; her siblings, Merle A Smith, Ada E Sheppard (Stacy) and Harry J Smith; and her brothers-in-law, Maurice Grobe (Jenny) and Forrest Grobe (Arlene). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great and great-great nieces and nephews.
