It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley E. Raney (Dixon, Illinois), who passed away on March 13, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold Ringler and Minnie Ringler (Gottel); her husband Donald Raney; and her brother LeRoy Ringler.
