She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry F. Sweger and Erma L. Sweger (Cromwell); her husband Charles Dalton; her grandson Adam Kemp; her stepson Chris Dalton; and her siblings, Ralph, Harry Sweger, Lila Rinehart and Arlene Herrmann.
She is survived by: her children, Marlene Moss (Richard) of Rochelle, IL, Dennis McBride (Yvonne) of Apache Junction, AZ, Joan Smith (Art) of Stillman Valley, IL, Barb Kemp (Marion) of Eagle River, WI and Marcie Withers of Dixon, IL; her stepdaughters, Mickel Pennsinger of Holmwood, IL and Becky Kirby of St. Paul, MN; her sister Patricia Stehl (Robert) of Franklin Grove, IL; and her grandchildren, Melinda Burkhart (Quint), Kim Sheffield, Phillip Cultra (Tara), Shawn Kemp (Jaime), Farley McBride (Jadi), Amy Johnson (Nic) and Justin McBride (Courtney). She is also survived by seven step-grandchildren, 29 great grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren.
