With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Robert I. Smith of Dixon, Illinois, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Phillip and Maribelle Smith (Harms); his siblings, Rosa Linda Hart, Donald George Smith (Charna) and Mary Ann Wohrley (Bradley); and his sister-in-law Mary Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Sonok Smith; his daughters, Heather Near, Kimberly Williamson (Brent) and Rachel Lawson (James); his siblings, Ronald Paul Smith (Susie), Sharon Lynn Tucker (Rick) and Terry Lee Smith (Kim); his brother-in-law Marvin Blixt; and his grandchildren, Brendan Manick, Kahlan Manick, Zachary Near, Odin Williamson and Ava Williamson. He is also survived by grandchild on the way; as well as many nieces and nephews.
