He is survived by: his wife Candy (Dondelinger); his children, Lynda (Brian Bayless), Ronald (Ashley Hawbaker), Miriah (Shawn Troester) and Ragan; and his brothers, James (Grace), Stephen, Paul and Mark (Melissa).
