He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin Jensen and Dorothy Chapman, (Leffelman); his stepfather Howard Chapman, Sr.; his brother John Jensen; his brother-in-law Jim Deadmond; and his niece Shauna Jensen.
He is survived by: his close friend Marsha Deadmond; his siblings, Chuck Jensen (Debbie), Mary Davis, Sharon Sforza, Karen Deadmond and Deb Jandrey (Dave); and his sister-in-law Brenda Jensen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
