He is survived by: his son Richard Bowser Jr.; his stepchildren, Scott Graham and Brenda Freis; and his sister Isabelle Meier. He is also survived by 4 Step-Grandchildren; 2 Step-Great Grandchildren; Nieces and Nephews.
